Mama B was born and raised in Southeast Georgia near the coast. With a Southern and Italian heritage our family has been creating authentic delicious recipes to warm your soul for many generations. Our recipes are passed down from each generation to the next by good cooking and good-looking women lol.... We have taken these recipes and turned them in Gourmet Nuts (Pecans and Cashews) that are Gluten Free and taste just key lime pie, pralines, snickerdoodle cookies, and more of your favorites like even Grilled Cheese. These women, one was even on the Mayflower, worked hard to feed our families, instill kindness and generosity in each of us. The men in our family have served our Nation since before the Revolutionary War and the women cooked and served alongside them. Now is our time to share this wonderful food for your soul with you and yours...... "No fork left behind" Never out of the food fight.
