Priddy Chimney was founded in 1982 in Bethesda, Maryland as a one-man sweep operation. It has since grown to a full-service chimney company that offers sweep, repair, and artisanal masonry expertise as well as wood-to-gas conversions. We pride ourselves on being able to solve the issues, be they functional, technical, or design, that others cannot.

Our service area encompasses Washington, D.C. and its surrounding suburbs; greater Baltimore, including the I-95 corridor between the Baltimore (I-695) and Washington (I-495) Beltways; as well as northern Virginia.

We proudly remain family-owned and female-led, two qualities we believe help us deliver better than our competition. .
